Title: Passport Apply for GTA4

Hello !

      I want to apply for a passport after 1 hour of playing ( i've been playing sa:mp )

Hello PeanutPG !! Welcome to IVMP server then :)
But before you apply for passport you need to have your account registered since 7 days at least.
Then you can read this topic  (http://www.argonathrpg.eu/index.php?topic=103335.0)carefuly to know how to apply.
Also I would recommend you to start reading it from now ;)
