Reason of getting banned: death evading

Why? You've been around here for a long while and you should know using /q to evade death is strictly prohibited. This is pretty much a VC:MP-wide rule and you should know better.

Shouldn't you know too that evading being killed by me by using a animation to break the fall animation which happened when I knocked you down is the exactly same thing I got banned for but done in a different way?

This unban request is not about Hype, even tho' he is the banning admin. It's all about you.
If an admin has broken the rules, you should report it to me or klaus via [email protected]
Now as to your death-evasion, I really do not understand why you would do such a thing in front of not one but two admins, out of which another happened to be me.
Death-evading is the one thing that nobody likes.

This unban appeal is actually about Hype more than about anyone at this matter (excluding me ofc) since he is the reason why I evaded. I saw an admin do it, I did the same thing. And if you were there, mind pointing out what kind of magic Hype did since you are saying you are the witness or you're gonna back up on this one and say you didn't see it? :)

Hype has already been dealt with. He used /do <animation> to twitch on the ground (still keeping his hitboxes on the same place tho') which I warned him for not doing again. You however, used /q deliberately to evade death.

You're actually wrong, if his hitboxes were at the same place as you are saying I would've killed him easily but they weren't since they move as he did the jump animation.
As for the unban appeal, there's nothing more I can say. I did evade and the reason is stated in previous replies.

If you intentionally rulebreaked because you saw Hype do the same, then your mistake was to copy him instead of reporting it like anyone else would do.

It was a hasty decision, I should've reported him since there was Kessu who saw him doing it. I was supposed to come back and do /sur afterwards when I joined the game but I got banned immediately.

Next time, just report rulebreakers using /report, or if it is an admin, you can report them to me via /msg (preferably to [email protected] with evidence tho').
