Additional notes:
I apologize for my bad attitude but I still believe that I was wrongly banned. We were assaulted and we opened fire back to them. What we did was justified as we couldn't let them keep on assaulting us. Firearms were obviously had to be used and we had already previously roleplayed with the cops over it.

After a private skype conversation with you I feel that you still don't see what's wrong in your actions and punishments leading up to this 10th (!!!) ban.
Also a 10th ban is not something we remove after one month.
