VCVA is a non-profit organization founded by Joseph Becker and William Curtis, Vietnam veteran themselves, main goals of the organization include:
a) Charity support for war veterans in need, their families, etc.
b) Health care for veterans, including disabled veterans
c) Helping homeless veterans get shelter
d) PTSD treatment for veterans
e) Helping veterans get back on their feet again by providing them with jobs
The founding principle of this organization: if you fought for Uncle Sam, Uncle Sam will fight for you. Only veterans with confirmed combat record can participate in the program.

Leaf Links Golf Club is used for meetings and as a rehabilitation center.
