IV. Charges & Demands

Charges

One count - Illegal weaponry possession.

Demands

Defendant to serve 5 years (15 minutes) in federal prison.
Defendant to pay a fine of 10,000$ for big-scale possession of illegal projectiles, instead of reporting it to proper authorities.

V. Settlement Offer

If the defendant pleads guilty to all charges in court then the VCPD & FBI is willing to lower its demand to $5,000 financial penalty and 1.5 years (5 minutes) in federal prison.

I plead guilty to the charge of illegal weaponry possession.
Its obvious i have illegal weaponry stored in the warehouse, but i do wish to note that it is part some packs i found by chance, and was intending to report it to the authorities. I did however forget to do so.. As the evidence shows, apart from the molotov's i have a whole lot of other equipment, which makes keeping track of my possessions a hard task.

I am deeply sorry of my horrible mistake, and i promise ill raise my efforts on keeping track of my storage and reporting any other illegal findings to the authorities.

Once the case is resumed and Mr. Stiff does not change his statement regarding the confirmation of being guilty, as per the agreement, we'd like
to lower the demands to 1 year and 6 months of jail (5 minutes) + 5,000$ ARD financial penalty.
