Also, not only you used hacks, but ignored several punishments from me for your deathmatching.

If you promise to remove it, and stop DMing, you might get unbanned.

You also tried to be smart by saying things like 'no comment' everytime wata asked you did you remove them. mex came in and offered you one more chance which is more than you deserved, after reluctance you said you had removed but ovbiously the admins found out you were lying and you got banned.

We found out you were using hacks and gave you the chance to remove it. But as you kept using it, I decided to ban you.

I hope you have learned something from this, and you will never do it again.

While waiting for the main admins to decide wether to unban you or not, you should think about your actions.

You will have to serve your punishment which is around 3-5days, but before that, I want you to answer another question:

-Don't ignore admins anymore
-Don't lie

Understand that if you get unbanned is a new chance, and if you do it again, I can assure you, that it will be very hard to come back.

The usual first punishment for ex-hackers is around 3-5 days to be unbanned.

If you really learned your lesson:

But they are right, you were told to turn it off several times, and you should have done it, cause normally, they don't even ask, they auto ban.

And you broke some rules too, like shooting without reason.

Remove ALL cheats/hacks/mods... use a clean install of the game. If you want to play with mods, make a copy of your game folder and mod that one instead - but keep the multiplayer one clean.

He wasn't playing alone with his hacks, he even said he had HP hacks ( he didn't use this while I was online, though), several people reported it to me that he was using those hacks to take advantage on others, both ingame and on MSN. Mex told him to remove his hacks, he told us that he did, but in fact, he didn't, which lead to his punishment. I'm not saying he doesn't deserve a second chance, but so far he hasn't managed to convince us fully that unbanning him is the best option.

So please, get all your facts straight before leaping into such conclusions. Sorry for sounding rude.

First, take note that my posts have a delay, like 1 day or so of delay :P so when they are posted, they are already outdated. Hope I get unmoderated.

I was kidnapping someone(but I'm always doing that so no big deal) when lots of SWAT came to me, and simo appeared on the back hopping the taxi, i though everyone could do that, I tried taxi and I couldn't so I got that it was a hack.
Thats in fact the only hack I saw him use.
Lot's of people have the bad habit of reporting HP hacks when ever they can't kill someone, most times, it's the lag. I killed Simo several times that afternoon so I can't confirm the HP hacks.

He seemed a nice guy to me, thats all, I have no complains at him.

As we hope you have learned something from this, GTASimo, we have agreed to unban you. You will be able to play on our server again, and will play on same terms as anyone else. We really hope you have learned something, and that you have taken this punishment serious. We are expecting never to see you with any type of hacks/cheats/mods on again, and we sure hope for your own fault, that you will keep this rule.
In return of this, we want you to keep the rules of the server, and if you ever do use any type of hacks/cheats/mods again, the same will happen (do not expect us to be as kind, if you do it again)

GTASimo will be unbanned.

At the same time, your forum "Moderated" status been removed, in return we expect you to talk in a decent way on this forum, and not make a bunch of topics about the excact same subject.
