Never seen such a thing before. Try re-setting the icon! Right Click Properties>Change Icon>Hit the same .exe pre-selected and see if you can find the original icon there.

As shown on the image, copy-past target and remove "" into search option of change icon, hit Enter and you shall find the icon.

Its corrupted files on your HDD

Some worked (i.e) all my icons in my desktop
but my disc icons are still like that
(the desktop icons restored when I uninstalled overwolf)

That's false on many levels , I had to re-organize icons a few times because playing old games with lower resolution would just bug the desktop some times! Can be made possible with any virus also.
@afmatt Those can be found on default search option.. Which is: %SystemRoot%\system32\shell32.dll

Also..
When I refresh, I see Disc C: Icon doing that but just for a millisecond

also what do I do with this
-
A .dll is essentially just a collection.
Right click on your icon, click "change icon," and enter "%SystemRoot%\system32\shell32.dll" as the location.
This should then give you a list of multiple icon images which are stored within the shell32.dll file, and you can select which icon image you want to use.

Tried restarting?

Yea tried restarting it

Re-install/Update your graphics drivers. If it doesn't help, it doesn't hurt to do 'sfc /scannow' and 'chkdsk C: /F'

Use Geforce Experience and upgrade to lateste otherwise formate your PC to one week eariler

GeForce Experience is only for users with Nvidia card. And there is no such thing as "format PC to one week earlier". It's called system restore, but does not always fix the issue. Depending on when the issue started, it may help (that is, if there is a restore point available).

Was Winamp installed with the pc or did you download and install it recently?
