yeah but it will more better way to save the contact i know i can write it in the paper but instead of this i can save it in my phone and i can call him rightaway i mean that it would be cool if the name is writen and u call him like
nicole
70084
taxi
14565
police 911
same like single player it would be cool

I think this is impossible script wise.,

I believe this is not possible, not with our current client.
If this was able to be done on the server, it would have been already implemented.
If you want to know numbers, I guess some script of saving contacts and phone numbers can be done, though it is not needed at all. You can simply memorize it, or save it somewhere else.

A /contact command would be, not that we can note down numbers, but, as far as I'm concerned, I don't think IV:MP supports yet the Single Player phone feature in GTA IV. God, how much better IV:MP would've been. But, hey, we do what we can.

belive it will be more role play and it will be very useful

It sure would be useful, but don't forget that Roleplay is about imagination. But, in SA:MP, there is the /phone command that gets the phone up and it is similar to the GTA IV phone prop and gameplay feature, but in SA:MP's menu. Moreover, when you type in /phone, the incoming Roleplay text(scripted text that enchances Roleplay) comes: (In-game name) takes out their phone. (or something like that). Maybe this can be done, but I doubt IV:MP can support a mobile phone prop.

Phonebook is needed. I see no point in removing /getphone ID and then leaving no option to save contacts.

yes it is needed but if the single player phone is there it will be great like /openphone [singleplayerphone] it will be mush easy and more fun while asking your friends hey i want to save your phone number /openphone [Caster opens his phone]
Thank you

As said in the posts above, adding the singleplayer phone is not possible (correct me if wrong), a scripted phonebook could work tho.

I believe we have tried this once in the earlier versions of RS, however GUI's are kind of buggy/crashy or simply annoying to use.
