please requesting an admin as soon as possible, a rule breaker is insulting and carkilling and carramming, i ave screenshots

You can report someone to administrators via the forum PM if no one is in-game. You can send your screenshots and your additional information to any of the staff, and you can check them on the Staff List on the IVMP General Board.

I guess I'am late, so I guess it is solved.

Next time please use PM, this board is not really meant to ask an admin to come online..
