and they claimed that managers Mr.Me and Carbon stated scamming vehicles is allowed.

And there-in lies your problem. Did you hear it from them yourself or is this chinese whispers?

I mean to be fair the scammers could just be lying, I'm sure Carbon and MrMe wouldn't be stupid enough to remove a rule on which most deals of the servers are based on.

.. they surely wouldn't.

Ok, so the story went like this -

The victim gave the vehicle to a group he was accepted in, then left the group for SAPD. So the group kept the vehicle. So indeed, it is his own fault.

Apologies for the misunderstanding @Management.

Unless you've heard it from either of them or an administrator yourself, then for sure I wouldn't believe it.

Players have a knack of hearing what what they want to hear. Purposeful misinterpretation.

Ok, so the story went like this -

The victim gave the vehicle to a group he was accepted in after proclaiming loyalty, then left the group for SAPD without warning. So the group kept the vehicle. So indeed, it is his own fault.

Apologies for the misunderstanding @Management. But I believe there are a handful of things that need to be updated on the rules. I've discussed this many times on previous topics but have been swept under the rug each time, which was the driving force behind my tone here.
