So just right now i tried to go to argo on samp but i cant connect to the server since its saying retrieving info... any help?

It's currently down, just be patient.

Argonath panel was not working too, when i tried to join panel, it says "error bad gateway"

The server is down, which means that the panel will also be down due to the fact that they are connected to eachother via the database.
