Dear Mr. Soprano,
I am writing to inform you that a federal prosecution case has been opened against you in the Court of the State of Vice. Assuming you are aware of this case, you are required to attend court to face trial for criminal charges. Failing to do so will result in you losing the court case.
The court case can be accessed here (http://www.argonathrpg.eu/index.php?topic=117990.msg1854497). You are to inform the court whether you will be defending yourself in the case or hire a lawyer. A judge should acknowledge the case.
You may also accept our Settlement Offer by pleading guilty and lowering the fine demand and prison time.
Yours sincerely,
Hynek Lydell Pershing
FBI Director

Specifics of warrant issued by FBI:
Federal warrant #2 - Daniel Soprano
Filed on August 22nd, 2016
Approved by Chief Justice Stormeus on August 24th, 2016
Executed on August 24th, 2016
In order for citizens to retain the right to a fair trial, it is imperative that they and their legal counsel are able to review all evidence of any crimes against them.
Your Honor,Motion granted, we'll await a response from the Federal Bureau of Investigations.
The Defense requires a court ruling over the motion previously filed in the court hall. The motion to discover evidence is required for the defense due to previous procedural precedents set by State v Gvardia, which include the release of a copy of the execution warrant AND the timeline of the events presented by the prosecution. As stated by Chief Justice Stormeus,
Given the technicalities involved in cases such as these, the Defense requires a copy of the execution warrant, and explanations regarding the dating of the presented exhibits as the way they are currently offered does not give either time or date, contrary to what has been shown in the previously cited case. It is imperative for the Defense that such information be presented and examined before filing a opening statement.
Due to the delay faced in this case, and in order to guarantee a fair trial, the Defense asks the court to start counting the deadline time for the filing of the opening statement AFTER the prosecution presents the required documentation, or at the time of it's ruling should the court reject the defense's motion.
