What Kessu Said: repetitive death-matching
The first temp-ban was legitimate and I understand why I was banned, and am also happy it was only a temp-ban.
I didn't death-match on the second one, as the person i killed was done by accident.
I was driving him on top of my car and as we drove over the apex of the bridge (from Ocean Beach to Little Havana) he ended up falling and dying. I had no way of stopping it as it happened too fast for me to notice. Before that I had not killed with anyone else (since I got unbanned) because I was instead smuggling cars. I didn't mean for him to die, and I don't understand why I got banned for that one incident, and though I support the temp-ban before I accidentally killed the guy, I wish to be unbanned and I promise i will try my hardest to role-play more rather than just fight other players.

That DM fest you had was the last straw in the decision regarding your ban.

So, you died in a smuggle.
Then you brawl because of what happened in the smuggle you died in (returning after death).
Then you do it again (deathmatching AND returning after death).
And then you have "accidental" car kill?
Do you have any regards for the server rules while playing?

it never said on the rules that returning after death is not allowed.
I wouldn't have known.

- Players are not allowed to return to a roleplay situation after death.
- The only exception to this is the police, who are allowed to re-join a situation.

i could only find the basic rules on the forum.
now that i can see the specific rules, i can make sure to follow them.
i am sorry for the inconvenience i have caused.

I do not want to see anyone from your household banned again. The next time it happens there will be no coming back.
Read the entire rules page, memorize it and most importantly, play fair.
