Download the IV:MP installer,
=> www.gta-ivmp.com
You'll have to to indicate your GTA IV installation directory when installing, After installing IV:MP succesfully, You will find an application named LaunchIVMP.exe in your GTA directory, Launch it.
And that's all.

Install GTA 4
Install Patch 1.0.7 from here (https://support.rockstargames.com/hc/en-us/articles/200145406--May-28-2010-Grand-Theft-Auto-IV-Patch-7-Title-Update-v-1-0-7-0-English-1-0-6-1-Russian-1-0-5-2-Japanese-)
Install IVMP from http://gta-ivmp.com/

There are some stickied topics there to help you which apparently were not moved to the correct section (a.k.a. IVMP Support, which is where you should have posted this) and that are really useful for dummies.

If you are getting some kind of error after installing all that, maybe a SS of it will be helpful to find a solution.
