Title: Low Signal/Packetloss Problem
Post by: DarkPower202 on August 31, 2016, 12:42:46 pm
I can't play very well these days cuz of my ISPs giving me a low signal. Does that causes a Packetloss? :uhm:

The signal sometimes changes by itself from HSPA+ to HSPA or UMTS randomly & the DNS changes as well.
I joined in IV:MP and it lags so much.. Does anyone have a solution or ideas on how to boost the signal?

P.S: I am actually living near one of the receiver tower, I've mailed them and they said (Hope you can read):

I am totally bored, Can't do almost anything & Could only play Minecraft SP.. Seen? V

The "Poor" signal strength referenced in the first screenshot is the connection between your computer and the wireless router (looks like a mobile hotspot for you). Basically all you can do here is move your computer closer to the device "transmitting" the WiFi signal (the BlackBerry I guess).

You can't do much about the signal changing between 3G and 4G other than get in touch with your mobile provider. If your area doesn't get a strong 4G signal, then I'm afraid you're not going to have much luck. 3G can be pretty fast though, put your BlackBerry in direct line of sight to your PC WiFi antenna, around 2-4metres~ away, and that's where your optimum signal will be in that regard.

Well, I went to the receiver tower and I do get more signal.. Seems like they've just lower the signal range. :(
It's been 2-3 days, I hope they'll fix it as soon as possible cuz its driving me nuts :neutral2:

Seems like they're trying to get rid of the interruption & improving it.

Problem Solved, My ISP said they do have problems with their Servers 'NOT' be able to receive a lot of connection at a time.. Causing the Signal to get lower & low. What they did is Block all the Disturbing Networks till everything goes fine.
