Dear court, on the date of 09/06/2016 I was pulled over by officer known as "End", I was driving black Cavalcade and there were 3 friends of mine in same vehicle. After pulling over, it turned out that it was same officer that pulled me over some time ago for speeding (Ticket was paid - $100). Obviously i was fine with that, however after whispering something to my friends, about officer "End", i was asked to leave vehicle, I asked officer for reason, but got ignored. I stepped out, thinking that he would want to talk with me alone, However i get asked to put my hands on hood, I got irritated and asked for reason on this order, Again i get ignored. Having no other decisions i comply with his order and put hands on hood, Next second i see him putting hands in my pockets and frisking me without any plot. After him finding nothing illegal on me, he asked me to get back in vehicle, and i did so. Finally he gets to the reason why he stopped me, It was speeding, I am not going to lie here, i did speed (I am not sure how much was it, but from his words it was 118km/h - I would like to get proof on this aswell) and i was ready to pay the fine. Expecting to hear $100 from his mouth, i heard him saying $150. Now after being treated utterly bad, he asks me to over-pay fine, After several times asking me for reason, he says that i should have been aware of what i have done last time and ticket fine has rised as i didn't follow traffic laws second time. Obviously i was not going to over-pay for something that is not valid. After asking several times to show law, which states that : ticket fine amount is determined by the amount person has been stopped, i receive a rude answer from him saying that i am not in state to ask questions, However i wanted to know maybe i was missing something and wanted his clarification, but i have been denied and ignored again. Now telling him that i have more questions, he keeps sticking with his own, telling me to pay fine, I politely asked him not to hurry, as i wanted some clarification, But he proceeds with tricky questions such as "So you are not paying ticket?" (Note : it's not actual his words, but questions were leading to one end, where i would get suspected). So obviously i didn't get chance to ask anything and i got suspected, I instantly complied again, having no other ways and surrendered. I get instantly cuffed and didn't even get to know my rights. I asked for investigation and was taken to Investigation room by officer known as "Bob123", After careful investigation, Bob has clarified to officer "End" that he can't raise ticket fines, just because of him thinking it makes "sense". So left with utter disrespectful treat from officer "End", i get asked to pay fine of $100 and on top of that Investigation fees. Now that's the place where i got most irritated, after going through such long path, i get asked to pay more than the original amount. After some explaining and due to officer Bob's kindness he had reduced investigation fees to $25 instead of $100. Now after talking to officer Bob, telling him that this was unfair decision, since due to officer "End" thinking other way, I had to go through long investigation and pay more than ticket amount itself And at same time officer "End" would stay without any consequences, I decided to make a court case.

My demands: $1000 for abusive treatment, Attempt to over-charge ticket fine and uncivil behaviour.

Yours faithfully,
Vincent Johnson

Dear People's Court,

I pulled up to the traffic stop, it was already started, Officer End was out of the car, and speaking to the driver, Mr Vincent, after some time the officer shouted for the driver to get out (and suspected Vincent for "unable to pay ticket") Mr Johnson repeatedly asked why he was being told to get out, but was given little to no response. Mr Johnson surrendered after exiting his car and was placed under arrest, his rights were not told. I then took Mr Johnson to the investigation room where I investigated him. His story was consistent to the court case. It did appear that the officer thought that he could increase the fine of an offence if it was repeatedly broken, FBI Agent Owais confirmed that this could not be done. Mr Vincent admitted to breaking traffic laws, so I gave him the option to pay the ticket, on top of the investigations fees. However, after some talking, I decided to lower the fees to only 25$ and the ticket (100$). In total, Mr Vincent paid 125$ and was let go.

Signed,
   Bob123
