LS Goverment - Low income housing project
A few in our society, are unable to afford housing in our city. Thus, they have no accommodation. Therefore, the government of Los Santos, has launched a low income housing project in Glen Park, Los Santos. As we believe, that it is the right of every inhabitant of San Andreas to have the opportunity to afford reasonable housing.

Interior apartment complex
As you can see the apartment complex have been equipped with all the needs and comforts that you would expect.
To be eligible for an apartment you have to apply first, but be aware. You have to meet the following conditions:

Your networth has to be below 40000ARD;
I.II
You have to agree to a full financial background checked conducted, on the behalf of the councillor of Finance & Treasury;
I.III
In-case you wish to sell the apartment, it is mandatory to sell it back to the Los Santos government.
I.IV
You have to agree that the Los Santos government may not assign you any apartments in this project. The Los Santos government is not required to disclose their reason of denial. In-case you wish to appeal, you have to send a letter to the deputy mayor of the Los Santos government. The final decision is made mayoral board and cannot be appealed against;

You may be required to meet extra conditions, set by the mayoral board. They will be announced, before the commencing date.
The prices of the apartments varies from 23000ARD to 35000ARD. If, you are unable to afford an apartment, the government of Los Santos may be able to help you.
You have to mail [email protected] (http://www.argonathrpg.eu/index.php?action=pm;sa=send;u=3383) if you wish to apply for an apartment. The mayoral board will hand you document HOUSE-GP-#1, that can be used to register yourself. The Secretariat of Treasury & Finances and the Secretariat of Internal affairs will process you application.
