This problem started 2 days ago when i tried to re-install gta iv from Steam.
I've downloaded everything ( Patch 1.0.7.0 , Xlives , IV:MP 01 T3 )
I Tried to search for a solution over the topics that were made in the past, but nothing helped me .. So i think my problem is kinda unique.
The problem is that whenever i click on IV:MP icon to launch it, nothing appears , Its like i didnt click.

This is not really a solution, but sometimes it magically works:
Have you tried turning off your computer? Since most of us, including me, don't turn off their computer; and when a bug happen to appear when launching the game which leads to game crashing, you'll need to turn off your computer instead of putting it on Sleep mode :P
If that didn't work, try this if you didn't:
Go to you game directory.
In that find LaunchIVMP.
Then right click on it then properties and in that select compatibility.
Then tick as shown below:
(Disable display scaling on high DPI settings)

Then Apply and OK.
Run the game now and u will be fine.

Rebooted my pc more then one time but nothing works.
Also The solution mentioned above doesn't help me , My Game doesn't even launch , not black screen.
I need someone who've got Steam version to help me , Because surely its not the same as other versions..

Yes, I guessed so. But I suggested it because you can't know what is disallowing you from launching your game.
Are you able to launch your single player without any problems?
If you are able to launch your single player without any issues, then the problem is most likely from the IVMP client itself.
I had a similar problem in the past, and what caused it seemed to be missing files in the IVMP folder. What I've done is completely removing GTA IV, as well as the IVMP folder (removed whole folder), and then installed it again, restarted my computer and it worked. I'm not sure if this is going to help you, but try reinstalling your IVMP if you recently installed GTA IV, try using the "Verify Integrity of Game cache" as it may help you getting missing files, or fix current damaged one.

Try removing IV:MP folder and then uninstall ivmp and reinstall it.

a Request for this topic to be locked. The problem was fixed , i just needed to change GTA IV directory name to anything else because steam keeps updating the game to 1.0.8.0 as it is the default one.
Thanks for all who tried to help
