Title: [IV:MP] Custom license plates

If I am not wrong.. and I think I am not, at the moment we are able to name our properties as we want [Of course for some high price haha]

Since that is available, I am asking for return of custom license plate.. aka "name your car"

The price would be high and any abuse of it would be punished

i.e. using offensive names as a license plate of car would have for a result forced change of the car name or even potential removal of it

I like the idea but I am not sure if it's really neccesary. I'de say stick more time in the tutorial for now and if there is some tim left for Armelin he can implement this.

Don't remember why i didn't support this but I SUPPORT GODDAMNIT.
 A half of year has passed, and with all these supports we get nothing, unfortunately, lets hope Armelin will find some time for us someday
