I gave account to the my friend(neighbor) then I was banned when I entered the account.

Your excuse is not acceptable and it actually makes it worse. You are responsible for the actions which took in place in game via your account, now come with the truth and tell us what you've done exactly.

So you gave your account to someone else, that person used a tool to farm drugs automatically, which is against the rules, you then got banned, and are now appealing your ban, is this correct?
