Look at the evidence stacked against you and the demands. You just said that you are pleading guilty to it. If you plead guilty, then I, as the Judge, might grant those demands unless you can proof to me why you don't deserve that.

This court case has been judged by an experimental jury. I, the temporary Judge, have not been judging this case. The jury consisted of 5 members, their votings are unanimous.

The jury has come to the following verdict:

The defendant has been found guilty on the fact that he was participating in an illegal race that could have had a very dangerous impact on the street safety of Liberty City. For example people could have been killed.

The LCPD stated act 94, 95, 96, 99 and 101. The jury only thinks that 94 is sufficiëntly proven in this case.

In light of the evidences that were shown the verdict will be as follows:
1. The Sultan RS shown of the defendant will be impounded for 4 days.
2. License will be removed and will be able to re-apply for it ater 4 days.
3. The defendant has to pay a fine of 5000$.

The defendant will have to pay this fine to the LCPD, if this does not happen within 14 days it will be increased to 10k and will be removed automatically. The rest of the verdict will be executed by the court.

With kind regards,
Temporary judge James Conway
