Dear court
I'm Mane_Lucchese lawyer of Lucchese Company, and holder of one of the named Ammonations, with all respect to the court we must ask for a minimum of 2 weeks before we are obliged to remove any traces of previously legal now illegal weapons.
Our two stores hold around 400 pieces of now illegal guns, we are unable to remove them from the stores in such short time as one week, without the risk of part of guns ends up on the street, additionally none ammonations was given a chance to apply for a license for legal gun trade, Lucchese Company admires the effort of the police but in this case they were too fast, but as it seems they are trying very hard to put the guns in city under control we offer a buyout of all guns that are now illegal to LCPD for 80% of the current price, exact numbers will be available in few days when we count the total's in both ammonations, in case of a BO Lucchese Company would with the escort from the LCPD hand over all guns from stores into hands of LCPD Chief of Police / N.O.O.S.E. Commander Emily Sanderson.

SUBJECT: ADDITIONAL REQUEST
Honorable Judge,
With the granted 14 days to remove the army grade weaons from their weapon shops, we do not have the problem solved with prohibited guns being roulated throughout the city. Therefor the LCPD and NOOSE request an additional ensurance by all weapon shops to ensure the court and the LCPD that they will not sell any prohibited weapons untill they have been removed from their shops.
If the LCPD or NOOSE catch the weapon shops selling these guns in the coming 14 days, we will proceed to sueing the weapon shops.
Waiting for both of your responses.
Signed,
Emily Sanderson

Dear court
First i must say thanks to the court for hearing us out and allowing us extra time to remove guns in a safe way.
Now it seems that LCPD is not aware of large amounts of guns both Lucchese Stores have, we cant guarantee that a single piece of now illegal weapons wont find its way to the street, we can guarantee they will all be taken out from store and put in storage's in 14 days other then that we cant make any promises as its simply impossible.

Dear court,
I`m Babe_Genovese, manager of the Genovese Family Company, and one of the (not anymore) stocked Ammunation holders in Liberty City. Hereby I want to announce that our store is cleaned up from any illegal weapons by destroying them with hydraulic pressure and throwing them away in the ocean far... far away from the city. The store is ready for a check if needed.

Act 10.5
A person is not allowed to import, export, transport, manufacture, sell, promote, buy or give or receive a weapon from or to another person. Such person would be guilty of illegal firearms trafficking.
Exception is for registered weapon dealers approved by the court.
As of now, all three known ammu-nation stores are registered weapon dealers. These are the following:
- Dillon St. Montauk Ammu-nation
- Cavity Lane, Bismarck Ave Ammu-nation
- Odhner Ave, Traeger road Ammu-nation
This means they are now allowed to do what act. 10.5 says. However, be aware that act 10.3 and act 10.4 are very much alive. Individuals cannot possess and sell the illegal weapons and can be prosecuted for this. Also new weapon dealers have to get permission from the court to sell the weapons stated in act 10.3.
The three ammu-nations stated above are already known weapon dealers for a long time and they have proven their service to the state. They are therefor registered weapon dealers from now on.
I'd like to thank the LCPD for acting quickly on this. They are the real protectors of Liberty City.
Case dismissed.
