Additional notes:
I got unbanned at 02.03.2017 by Andeey.I was unbanned for about 25 ban evasions.When I logged to the game,I've played about 2-3 hours and then decided to change my nick at 'City Hall' to Sam_Giancana (my previous name).
It showed me that I'm banned. Then I did an appel at Bugs' section, Mr Brian answered me. But seems like the problem wasnt solved, seems like I'm still banned.Today I tried to make a contact with the admins (making 4 accounts (4 times I ban evaded again) but not for palying in the server, just to talk with the admins about my case. I know thats not the order the stuffs should've be done. I appolagise for that. I hope my problem to be solved soon. Thanks.
