Title: IV:MP not starting

Ello guys, I've got some prolems with my IV:MP, I tried some things but it did not work.

Last sunday I kept crashing on the login screen (known bug) so I decided to wait till Monday to log in. However, since Monday it does not even load up. I only see the hourglass icon, after a while it dissapears and nothing happens. If I have Skype open I can see it is trying to load it, because I do not have the ability to type anymore but I have to click on the screen. Means my PC is trying to load it and switches to another 'process', but it just won't start.

I tried de-installing IV:MP; no succes
I tried GTA IV singleplayer; worked
I tried restrating for over 3 days now; no succes
I tried to Google for solutions; no succes

Any of you had this before and knows any solution?

Tried reinstalling Patch 1.0.7.0? (http://updates.rockstargames.com/patches/gtaiv/title_update_7_EN.zip)

Try to guess what have you done to the game before it gets fucked up, Usually a tiny file or a mod RIPs everything, If you didn't change anything on the game files means the problem is not from the game.

Didn't work..

Try to guess what have you done to the game before it gets fucked up, Usually a tiny file or a mod RIPs everything, If you didn't change anything on the game files means the problem is not from the game.
Changed nothing in the past weeks..

I deinstalled everything right now, will try to install it all in the coming days.

I would try to uninstall, then disable anti-virus and after it start again as an administrator.
Beside that, also do check after the initial starting of application, to check if the process is even shown in the process tab

Uninstall happened for IV:MP, did not work. DId not try anything with anti-virus tho, starting as administrator done too.

It has started in control panel. (COM Surrogate, 3x). I tried killing the process and restart again but did not work either.

Still not starting after a fresh re-install.. I can see the open windows deselecting and selecting (outlines changing), but IV:MP does not start at all..

Any suggestions?

Used a no-cd file, works now. Thanks for the help anyways.
