Title: Misunderstanding and conflicts with admins or cols

Anyone had a misunderstanding with one of the admin's or col's? Personally i think some of them take shit too seriously, let me tell you my story.....

Me and another player decided to do the swing glitch (Many of you know what I'm talking about) we did it a couple of time before this happened: I told the other player to get into the car with me, btw i was in a pickup truck, he got into the bed of the truck. I approached the swing and the car started to flip and eventually it killed him, in the chat log it said that I killed him, So i approached the swing again without noticing that i was /su for "car killing the othe player". I will not mention the admins in game name.

I got frozen and one of the admins teleported to me. we argued for a good amount of 10 minutes.

He kept on saying that i was law or rule breaking (I dont remember) and that i suicide because i was suspected, I kept telling him that he looks at it in a different way, i wasn't intending to kill the other player, nor did i suicide on purpose to get unsuspected. Even the other player PMed the admin telling him to let me go. He kept on arguing that I was wrong. So in the end I had to and take the fault on myself :weed: :weed: :weed: :weed: :weed: :rolleyes:

Sometime ya''ll admins or who ever ya'll badass people are, need to look at a certain situation in a different way, and try to understand the other player's point and view. We cannot have misunderstanding on IVMP and in general SA servers too. Though I really like to thank Harzy and Mihail for their understanding when I had different handling, all those warnings they gave me before i got banned, these guys are really taking good care of IVMP, and know how to understand other players, as well as that I want to thank Senate for unbanning me without any problems and believing that i wouldnt change the handling file no more.

What you said happens and thats normal. But sometimes try not to blame the admins cause there is 80% chance that the new player lies. So admins will just follow the procedures and what the notification says. So maybe you can go with the admin. Hear his advices and what he  wants to say. Then when its done you can explain to him. Cause people can get angry easly when the admin stand agaisnt what they said.
Anyway im happy that you problem is  resolved  ;) peace

Regardless One of the server rules is no glitching so the admins were correct in saying you were rulebreakin

You better report such situation to the managers+ if you feel you are being abused. They will look into it and investigate it the right way. Instead of creating a topic in the wrong board.

It's a known game glitch that hasn't been fixed by Rockstars, it does not give any advantage, but was recommended by administrators to step away from it as it'll bring you troubles, and here's a case of those..

To be honest, I have had a misunderstanding with Mane once, regarding a police helicopter that disappeared after I crashed, leading in a suspect on a bridge (that is part of the admin staff of the IV:MP server, actually) to evade. So, after trying to climb back on the bridge, a free cop understood that he needed to jump to me (I was asking for help, to be honest) and he/she died. So, Mane teleported me to him, asking me why was I misleading players (by mistake) and I told him that he cost me a helicopter and asked him if admins crash players. From a typo, his answer was "yes". So, I accused him of crashing players and I told him again that he costed me a helicopter. Anyway, he banned me for some time (temporarily). Well, it was both our fault that this happened and I got kicked for an hour.

This is me trying to climb on the bridge after crashing, after that, I died and Mane called me

Another time, in my earlier days, Deejay, a guy who many people don't like, cop-banned me and I, in anger and to prove him that he was wrong, I shot the suspect that was in front of me down. Do, in my opinion, moderators now in the IV:MP are nicer than some of the admins and moderators I met in the earlier days and they know that they shouldn't mess with anyone, that it is better to be nice with everyone.

Don't expect Admins to take your words for granted after 2 days of your unban. also if you don't like how one of the A-team behaves Report them to a higher Ranked Member Aka Managers+.

Also CVP don't start with false accusation towards other players for some incident that occurred ages ago reread the chat from your own screenshots. it was clear that he said "We cant***" and for your information this sign "*" was used to correct the last sentence.
