I was told to find a new community because I am no longer welcome here, even though I'm here since 2010. I did have several bans back in RS4 and I've definitely learned from those punishments.
However, if we take into consideration the past 2 years, we can easily notice that I had only 1 valid ban before this one. I was denied for maybe 3 months, I'm not quite sure. Once I got back, I've continued playing for another three months until I was banned for illegal modifications.
Now, I chose to lie in my unban request. I did not admit to using no spread modification - I cannot say I gained an advantage over other players as 99 percent of people use it so there is no advantage, BUT - It's not allowed. So, I got banned. A few more people who were shooting at me in that situation got banned. This does not justify me, I deserved the ban. This as well proves that I've used the modification to defend myself and be equal in the shootout.
The thing I'm concerned about is you permanently denying me from being in this community. I mean, did I harm the server in any way or did I harm anyone's privacy?
I used the god damn illegal modification to be equal to the players I'm fighting every day and I got PERMANENTLY denied.
I was banned only once in the past 2 years and I had to sit out for 3 months because of that ban. After getting unbanned and playing for 3 months I've faced a lot of unfair shootouts which led me to installing no spread modification. I repeat, that does not justify my actions.
I was simply fed up with the increasing number of players using illegal modifications around me and I was indirectly forced to use it in order to be able to stay in criminal life where shootouts happen on daily basis. I am not a random dmer nor a guy who's willing to shoot everyone. I honestly regret using the illegal modification because I became like them. Instead of recording every single shootout and proving how many people use aimbot, I decided to be like them and got fucked up as I was Plutt's number 1 target.
Can I have an explanation why I got permanently denied and told to leave the community? It would be much appreciated as I, along with many more people, find this decision very stinky and suspicious.
Telling a player to find himself another server in that way is so rude from both of you (Andeey and Brian). Yes, you are managers and you are leading this community, but that does not allow you to make non-sense actions.
It's funny seeing Sf_Sa request being there, waiting for Gandalf while bunch of people are getting denied because of some minor things compared to what Sf_Sa has done.
I hope we can make a small discussion which will reveal the background of your decision and possibly justify it in case you really have a good reason which only you guys see.
I am open to any discussion which could possibly allow me to stay in this community. Removal of properties/cash or anything you guys find suitable, I'm ready.
Don't turn me down, I came up with the truth and I'm waiting for your response.

99 Percent of people do not use such modifications, if you really are dying too often and losing gunfights, maybe it's something to do with your tactics as you seem to be the only one having such an issue, Don't blame others for your pathetic attempt at "winning".

Not 99 percent of the server, but a big majority of people who I'm fighting uses it.. I've got big experience in shootouts I know when someone's doing it, just like you or any other experience player can sense it.
Tho that doesn't justified me at all, I simply crack'd after seeing aimboters constantly avoiding bans, then once they're banned after a lot of shit/time/energy going trough to catch them and banned, they get unbaned fast.. At least that's what's been happening most of the time, so I said 'fuck it' and went with the flow, which I shouldnt have done it, because I went down on their level.. I apologize to myself first, for shrinking down to their level, and then I apologize to you guys and to the Community as well.
I've uninstalled that mod, and I hope I'll get another chance which I wont waste this time.

Thus, your excuse for using an illegal modification is invalid and I'm pretty sure that you already know it.
Regarding the part which you said that administration cant "detect" illegal modifications unless they get the video, well that's not true also, however administration will usually record it to be completely sure about that illegal mod usage.

It's not my job to discuss whether you can't or can detect modifications, I'm sorry about that.
And, I've said many times that I do not use any excuse, I'm just trying to point out that I'm not a random DMer who installed aimbot to fuck around with people.

I hope to hear more from the management and possibly turn this into an useful discussion which could possibly open peoples' eyes and affect their approach to punishments in a useful way.

You used a hack on the server, then lied about it, you are constantly breaking the rules. You keep complaining about others yet you are the one that is doing exactly the thing you are complaining about, so why on earth should we give you another shot, you are nothing more than a hacker and a liar that is constantly trying to bend things his way in order to try to get out of a sticky situation.

-I did use it, I lied about it and came up with the truth as soon as I calmed down. It was a reaction affected by Plutt's behavior prior to banning me.
-I am not constantly breaking the rules, name my 3 punishments to prove how I am "CONSTANTLY" breaking the rules. Please, I want to see my punishments - PROVE WHAT YOU'RE SAYING.
-If you had this attitude in the past 1-2 years, you would have 40 percent less players in the community. We make mistakes and we pay for them. Once we're back we try our best to stay within the rules and play nicely.

Your attitude toward staff members, Your disregard for Server rules and general behaviour shows that you need a break.. A long break.
