I cant it says you are banned from this server and nothing else it doesn't even say the reason why

Restart SA:MP client and try again a few times, if it doesn't say any other reason such as "You are route-blocked due to troublemakers" then it's simply a samp bug and it will work after a few tries.

Still saying I'm banned i even restarted my PC

Unfortunately there's is nothing more I can do to assist you, if it keeps bringing up that message still after all those tries then there seems to be something indeed blocking you off the server, perhaps a manager might be able to find out what as I do not have access to search deeper.

Have you recently attempted/ are currently using a VPN?

You have changed your name to Lorenzo_Kraskov today and you connected with Lorenzo_Marcano, forgetting to change your old name to the new one you chose in the SA:MP client. You got marked as suspicious and you got blacklisted, hence why you are now unable to connect to the server.
You have been whitelisted and you should be able to connect again, do not forget to change your name in the SA:MP client to your new name, which is Lorenzo_Kraskov.
