Yes , Let me be stright, I realized that part of the story two weeks ago, If you may check the logs.
My account have been online for more than 5-6 hours that day , I had my account on , And I was not home , As you claim that I did cheating with Mr.Sauvage.
To let you know He is my cousin.
Lets try to think out loud.
I had my account afk, Left my home for 5-6 Hours with my GTA game on.
And Mr.Sauvage Claim that he was afk at LV-PD , Lets try to guess why ?
He had his account afk at LV PD And I am sure he had Criminal score, So he could not gain the cash this way, simply he Went afk at the LVPD , And used my Pc with my account while i was not even AFK at any PD.
As you said He gained 202,000ARD.
I didn't see these cash , you can see how he did spend them , And you will find them sent to someone or even Wasted at the casino.
I came back home seen my self afk at the same place with the same amount of cash.
And to be noted I had cash for my self in the past time . So I was not even risk doing money cheating.
202,000 = 201 * 15Second = 3015Sec >>> 3015/60 =50 Minute using my account , that mean he had enough time to waste the cash afterwards.
I won't ever be that stupid to go and abuse the cop duty System while I have already spent ages here playing argonath and I for sure Know that every thing is being saved as CHATLOGS.
You can keep me banned or even to Deny me, But I am telling you clearly , you are dealing with the wrong guy.
And even taking unfair descison , Choice is all yours , And I won't beg for getting un banned.
Belive me or not.
If you don't , Simply don't waste your time and Deny that Request.
But you should know that you have lost a guy that have been connected to argonath and was working forward to make this commuinty Great.

What happens on your account is nobody's fault but your own, You have full responsibility over your account, if it was indeed breached while you were Away from the the computer, it is still your fault.
When leaving the computer you should /q if someone can access your PC and use your account.

I totally understand you, But Non was home and I didn't even think that he would be able to come in and acsses my PC

I still find it hard to believe that you just happened to leave your computer open with SA:MP running, then someone takes over and money cheats 202k..
Doesn't make sense to me, And that you knew about it and still claimed you did nothing wrong.

Alright, I feel you are sorry and take responsibility for what has happened so, I have taken assets from your account(Vehicles) as you have no money to cover the ban strike system, I suggest you change your password and don't leave your game AFK from now on, Because if this happens again i cannot guarantee we will be so nice next time.
