Have you tried restarting your modem, or Asking your ISP for a new IP? As it is possible a banned player is within your route.

I did. And yes, I also know of the banned player. But this is not the regular message that I get, which is along the lines of "you are banned". This time I got a red message saying "IP is blocked, ...."
