Title: [IV:MP] Manually Tow Cars @LCPD HQ

It would be nice if we can tow our own vehicle for example: when its stuck or in water.

Commands:

• /towvehicle (tows your car into the impound, costs $500 or more)
• /retrievevehicle (retrieve your car)

*Must stand near the car impound to execute the command

Also i was thinking of adding an interval/wait time after you towed your car, 15-30 minutes to retrieve your car from the impound?

I came up with this idea because when you got your car got stuck (Heli-ram if possible) or goes into the water and there's no mechanics available to tow, or no players online (just you) its frustrating sometimes :uhm:

Hm if we can tow our own vehicles then what the mechanic will do?  He will lose his job

They can still wash and fill up your vehicle? :)
I'm just suggesting an alternative way, if  there's no mechanics available to tow.

+ We can use the "/towvehicle" in some other place, like DPD or any GS, make it more hard but still gets your car back in the same time.
