Hello Citizens, and fellow friends.
I want to ask some questions that bothers Argonath LSPD " New members " Or " Old Members "
After citizen is arrested, they even call some friend ower /pm. Or they report the oficer that arested them. Its better to " RP " with the LSPD Oficers.
They Refuse to comply and find their mistakes. How ever the Police Oficers are wasting their time, explaining the Suspected the rights, and that they dont abuse, their power. Some Citizens, lay on the ground or speed drive, or maby they are pissing on the street. If they got arested for Public Disruption of nature and gaze. If i spell that one correct. I want to ask why Players " Citizens " Refuse to get arested for These " Things "
(1)-Speeding with vehicle 120+ In city.
(2)-Refuse to get arrest for Disruption of nature and gaze, Such as /piss (command).
(3)-Fooling arround with /drunk. (and refuse to "RP" all the way to the end, that is when Police oficers arrest him for being drunk in the midle of the street.
(4)-Verbal Insult ( "Fu*k you Cop!, what cound of cop are you!" ), (I hate damn Cops!), (Fu*k off Cop!), (Cop suckers!). Or any other, ("Verbal insult").
(5)-Folowing Police Oficers to aid other in the fight. ( If suspect is runing, they pick up them with car, and that car is " Inferno " ) , (Or shooting at Oficers)
(6)-Cop Baiting. Folowing Police Oficers and after you report they are gone. (Mostly (Some) "Mafia" or some one who have High speed car)
(7)-Now This is most Common, (Police Oficer Asult) (After suspected citizen they (verbal insult him),or pull gun and shoot him down).
(8)-When Police oficer is on Brake, and parked on LSPD Persing Square, some one will come and Start Damaging LSPD Car, with oficer inside.
What should we do at this point. We are not respected enough???. As (No bad language was use or any harrasment trought this Questions)
I didnt unsult or do anything wrong, for this to be ( Denied ). What is the Probem with these " Rules that canot be folowed by most of the players "

Hello, you're playing Argonath RPG, this server does not enforce this thing called 'fear roleplay', therefore, a single person can act up and do hideous things against a horde of officers. For example in my situation, while executing a warrant on a subject, he was surrounded by about 4-5 Agents, and when told that we have a warrant, he said "too bad" and drove away in an infernus. Again, if he was tased on sight, then it would be abuse and lack of roleplay from our side. Basically right now, the server operates on same mentality as Europe on terrorists, even though you know that the person is problematic and that it is prone to not roleplay along and to be shit at roleplaying, nothing will be done until the acts have been performed. No prevention.
Unfortunately, you will not get a change, it's a mentality that's spread wide across the server, and rules won't be put in place since making people roleplay fear would be a drastic shakeup for their ego, which would lead to playercount decrease, which is not a choice for server leadership. So, you might as well go and pull over / deal with about 5 individuals in whole server which might roleplay once in a while, but other than that, you just have to accept that this is a light roleplay server and that it's how it is, you'll either have to adapt or change the server to something that will match your criteria.
There's a reason why there's such a drastic decrease in law enforcement activity in server, the activity is upheld by same individuals who play daily and throughout most of the day, and those individuals are the only ones upholding some activity from law enforcement in server. There's a reason to why so many good and experienced law enforcement veterans resigned, or went inactive, for example Celso, Taseen, Arslan, Lionel etc..

But should i report any of those broken rules?
by rules i mean the number brackets, that i writed. How to deal with person who is pming friend to come to investigate, his jail report. Or when he reports me or other, and admin come " Interupt the ruleplay " and say " Go to jail! ". Now i dont say admin are bad or something, anyone who is not in the circle of LSPD,FBI will interupt the " Investigation"

the problem is that every situation has to turn into an admin situation nowadays
there can't be a situation without someone reporting the other party because they think they lacked of RP or DMed them, unforunately, that's the server mentality and this mentality won't change anytime soon

Just to let you know, if they broke the law, they are to be suspected, detained and jailed. If they use force, force may be used. If the suspect is RPly detained and refuses to comply, feel free to report them. If you think someone is calling their friend to investigate and get them out of there clean, request a high ranked PD or FBI member. We love dealing with corrupt members. You may also file a complaint on APRD forums. (arpd.argonathrpg.com)
For now, so you face less problems while on duty, read over SAPD Policy Manual (http://arpd.argonathrpg.com/forum/index.php?topic=36824.0) and ARPD Rules (http://arpd.argonathrpg.com/forum/index.php?topic=30032.0). Note that ARPD rules are a bit old and oudated, so stick with SAPD ones, by desire.

I hate the fact that nowadays almost every single player is from criminal organisation. People can`t find anything else to RP except being criminal,kidnap and shoot. I will make yesterday as an example to support my argument, yesterday the whole server was filled with criminal families and there were barely 3-4 cops.This clearly confirms how people lack creativity to make up new ways to RP except being same old autistic "criminal RP". Guns are a major problem in the server. Why is not there any strict policy on buying and using firearms? If there existed 99% of players would have thought 1000 times before discharging a firearm on another player. The major problem is "LIGHT RP" and people take it really really light!
Addition: I slightly disagree with Matthew on the point about 'base count decrease'. The rules should be made so that players mend their mentality accordingly to the rules. It`s not like when the server was made there was a set of players who came along with it. People started joining the server over time. They joined the server, if they liked it they stayed and if not they went away to other server. If new rules are made and current so called "Roleplayer" don`t like they can simply go to another server. New players do come to argonath and the rules should be made considering new players not the current one.
P.S Every bullshit person comes up, makes his own criminal organisation that last no more than 2 weeks because the leader or co-leader gets banned for shitty RP or DM. See I used the word "DM" for a reason.
