Title: Requesting permission to re-open a security agency

Liberty Court, I request permission to open Gruppe Sechs again, as it was before. This security agency was a good one, from my knowledge, and although it may not be a government or scripted agency, I would like to register it as my agency. I want to own it and register it as my own. I am fine with a denial, but I would appreciate permission to open the agency and create a page in the groups & families section, possibly recruiting members for Liberty City's own security. The services of Gruppe 6 would be to defend Liberty City, to transfer money easily, and cheaply, as well as small loans with a  limit of $2,000.

Any special needs this company needs to have permission for the court?

What`s special about making a business and getting court approval ?, I believe it can be Roleplayed

KhornateMonkey is the maker and owner of group6, you cant use that name without his approval.

This is one reason. We would also like it to be a scripted or government agency, if possible. If not, that's fine but we require Securicars, the Stockades.

If there is no response from KhornateMonkey (former owner of GruppeSechs company) then you are allowed to use and register this business. If KhornateMonkey does respond and does not want you to use it, then you are allowed to continue under another name.

I don't think script support is necessary, because all the things necessary to create this company do not need script support. You only need people that are willing to roleplay with you. I suggest you to take a look at the business topic KhornateMonkey made for this company. It shows that it can be a good and fun business to have if executed correctly.
