SECTION I. SUMMARY
A month ago, Senior Detective Steven Seagal and Detective Nadim Jones went undercover to collect proofs about most known powerful drugs dealers around Liberty City. After three days from the start of the operation, Senior Detective Steven Seagal was contacted  by Ronald while he was walking around Outlook Park. The defendant drove the detective to a hidden area in Hove Beach. And there, after the detective proposed the offer, the defendant took the cash and gave it to him.



SECTION II. ACTS VIOLATED
All acts below are stated in the Laws of Liberty City.

It is forbidden to possess, buy, sell, produce, transport, promote or give or receive drugs.
This does not apply to Law Enforcers performing their duties.
This act is punishable by up to 5 minutes of imprisonment.

SECTION IV. CHARGES AND DEMANDS
Charge #1:
Trade of illegal narcotics (Cannabis).

Demand #1:
A five minutes imprisonment in the Alderney State Jail

Demand #2:
A fine of $3.000 Argonath Dollars

Demand #3:
The defendant to hand over any illigal substances that he has in his properties (i.e. car, business, house or inventory)

Because the defendant has already confessed and has shown mercy to the Liberty City Police Department, they are willing to lower the prison time to two and a half hours (2,5 min) and the fine to $2.000 Argonath Dollars. If the defendant is caught again violating the same acts a more severe punishment will be demanded via court.

A fine of 1500ARD it is. Fine will need to be paid within 14 days of this day. If the fine is not paid within that time limit it will be doubled and deducted automatically.
