SUBJECT: LAW CHANGE PROPOSAL

Honorable Judge,

Currently there is no law in Liberty City that prohibits civilians from entering any park. We believe that it is dangerous that there is no law prohibiting them from entering it, which may lead to many casualties. Therefor we request a new Act to be added in part eleven, containing the following:

Quote

Act 11.14
It is forbidden to operate any vehicle (including bikes and helicopters) inside any park throughout Liberty City.
Exception is for LEO vehicles and authorised government vehicles.

We believe LEO vehicles and authorised government vehicles should have access to parks because of the probability of casualties inside any park.
