The Civilization Committee was founded by John Meeses & Mia Khalifa, in an attempt to resolve conflict throughout Liberty City, to assist the LCPD with their hard job of resolving conflict throughout Liberty City.

What exactly does this committee do?
We resolve legal problems before they get too far out of hand, we also make sure that conflict is resolved between any person in Liberty City

Isn't this should be the LCPD affairs? however, they could improve their skills before the conflict gone too far if it's only because of that.

Let me give you an example of all the businesses established, they are actual businesses owned, either dealerships , food businesses or even home properties.
The fact that you are attempting to claim governments property for some business isn't allowed as far as I know.(I attempted to buy UN once, staff declined and stated" reserved for government projects ")
Business rules;
The only limit here is your imagination and every idea is highly valued, so feel free to come up even with your craziest business ideas!
However you may made a bad choice in terms of picking a government property only.

What would this business offer to players? What are you future plans? I believe that solving issues between citizens can be done by either LCPD or court.

P.S: the HQ is for the United Nations of Argonath, I don't really think you can claim it to be yours as it's already owned by government.

If we gain LCPD Approval, we may join investigations and discussions, to help those in need, to stop conflict happening between any people or families/clans, etc.

It is up to the agency and civilians if they would like your assistance or consulting during an investigation or an on-going conflict between groups, families, or even two people.
At the beginning, they wouldn't allow due to the weak trust you have towards them, and especially the law enforcement agencies. What I suggest you to do is to initiate roleplays, your own ones, and try to attract people's attention, and prove them that the Committee is worth being consulted and called for assistance, as it effectively solves such issues.

I have three comments for this:
1. RT is not a crime family anymore, read the RT Topic
2. I am VCPD as well, so why would I want to remain a criminal when I can be dedicated to my duties?
3. Quit the whole "how u gonna help lcpd as criminal" talk, maybe if you kept up with RT, you would know.

You said it (vcmp) this is a game and this is other , I mean they won't demote u in vcmp if u did a crime in IVMP , this is ivmp
