Searched on Google but found nothing interesting. I gave up and here I am asking for help.
EDIT : When I Change ' GTAIV.exe' and 'LaunchGTAIV.exe' to Windows 7. IV:MP Launchs but stucks at Black screen.

That 0xc0000005 means an access violation memory error occurred.
Set DEP to essential Windows processes. Click here for instructions (http://www.thewindowsclub.com/turn-off-data-execution-prevention-dep)
Try reinstalling GTA IV patch 1.0.7.0. Click here to download (http://updates.rockstargames.com/patches/gtaiv/title_update_7_EN.zip)
Try running the program as admin. Click here for instructions (http://www.ubergizmo.com/how-to/run-program-as-administrator-win/)
If these steps didn`t fix the problem, then look down for more options!
The 0xc0000005 error can occur because of a unorganized Registry, you can use CCleaner for cleaning up your Registry.
The error can also occur if you have a virus in your PC, try running Windows Defender or your Anti-Virus once again.
Update your Graphics card drivers. Close Google Chrome and try opening again. Restart the PC once or twice.
If you find problems, then try to make a screenshot aswell if possible, that would make us much easier to find solutions! ;)
If nothing seems to fix the error, then there might be a physical problem with your System RAM, try running any memtest or bring your pc to a PC Expert for more help.

It's software problem, either virus or malware affected one of your software (explorer.exe to be exact), best solution is to scan using your antivirus and I recommended this application called "malwarebytes" not all AV can detect "virus' so you need malwarebytes to do the rest. it has 30 days trial (i guess). If none of this works well better to reformat your unit (computer/laptop)
Ps: or maybe some of your files conflicting other running apps. Best solution reformat your unit :(
Pss: you can uninstall the malwarebytes after you use it.

Couldn't fix it. It's weird that this issue happens only with IV:MP.

Are you using shadowplay or anything within geforce experience? If yes, try disabling those first. Also, can you remember if you updated anything before that error came out? Like W10 creators update...

Yeah I am using Shadowplay but even when I disable it nothing works, Besides that, The game used to work perfectly even while using Shadowplay.
For the update thingy, Yes, Actually this issue started after this update directly. I Tried to restore to a previous date but nothing worked.

That's sad! :( At least I know what update to avoid if Microsoft tells me about Win10 Creators Update, even if it is good for creators.

Yup..an Advice to all the players to be aware from this update effects on your games.

That sucks just like W10 anniversary update during its early release. I updated today but IVMP worked with no issues (i was ingame just for 30 secs tho because nvidia panel was broken lol). Did you also try to reinstall gpu drivers?
I don't know if it will provide any additional help but you could check the windows event viewer log when the crash happens, there may be more info

Thank you. This has fixed my problem. Didn't know the solution was easy to this point.

Yeah, that trick works sometimes :p i reinstalled mine aswell because of the broken nvidia panel and g-sync.

Back having this issue after updating my windows to the lastest build. Called Microsoft Tech and they performed a Disk Clean up by mistake so I am not able to return to a previous build any longer. I've Tried all the mentioned solutions in this topic but nothing seems to work, A very weird problem. Hope I can find a fix for this soon.
This issue happens only with LaunchIVMP application and occurs only when having Fall Creators update and above ( Atleast for me ).
I've Tried to peform a clean installation of the build number 1607 using a ISO file, But all my files would be gone using this method, and back-ing up my files which are over 1tb would be impossible.
I gave up and here I am asking for help with a very small hope.

Does singleplayer launch at all? I had an issue where if i didn't launch single player after a full game installation i wouldn't be able to open IVMP at all. Maybe that works
