Dear businesses in Liberty City,
The Liberty City Police Department is requesting a business to solve their ICT demands. We are searching for a 3rd party business who is willing to work for the government. We have some conditions we would like to inform you about before you decide to respond:
You are an expert in the PHP language and
You have experience in creating databases
You are willing to agree to a full background check
You will notify the LCPD of the costs before starting with the project
The LCPD has the full right to request changes within the budget
The LCPD will monitor your activities ingame
The LCPD has the full right to cancel any project after it has been started
