Hello Roel(Or his friend),

I decided to go for a permanent ban as your track record showed that you didn't learn from previous warnings/temp bans. Most were for the same kind of rulebreaks. How can you assure is that you won't be breaking the same rules over and over again?

[From Roel] When i got banned, i really got bored, and i understood how it feels, when you can't play. I really feel bad. I think, i'm ready to play again, but i will try my best, not to rulebreak once again.
