Title: kevlar for sale

Maybe they could be sold at ammonation or on other place.

Yeah I agree kevlar vests should be available for citizens. Maybe weapon dealers could sell them or something. If you sold them in Ammu-Nation they would be too easy to get. It would be good if they were still rare.

If it is for sale, make it 300$ or so, I doubt every wanted guy will get one.
And cops already have vests, so it would balance things up
