Greetings,
Am suggesting that the force rp rule should be removed and a new rule should be added which is "Lack of Role play" should be a rulebreak. I know this is a light Role play server, however, it is the only choice to let players role play.
Looking forwards for your suggestions.
/acceptfrisk? Hell yeah I'll be doing /denyfrisk all the time if I have something illegal, can't stop laughing lol, Unsupported

Forcing roleplay on another individual, causing potential unfair and unrealistic actions.

You have no any other way then that if a player keeps rejecting you to Role play with him.

We shouldn't only focus on the players who are unwilling to Roleplay. The act of 'forcing' RP to happen your way, by refusing to give the other person options to adjust is simply unfair.

Adding this rule would be like forcing people to play on your server

/me grabs Casters wallet with all the cash
Caster: wtf *disapproves of rp , doesnt hand his whole cash*
Me: /report Caster lack of rp
:jackson: bananas to you :jackson:
Unsupported leave this to hard rp servers

One line of text out of the blue dosnt need to be a rp, anything shorter then 10-15 min of interaction between players is not a rp in my opinion, also leaving no options for other side is also not a rp. Using /dice to put value behind actions is most fair thing when it comes to rp, 1-3 your action failed you pick how bad 3-6 its a success but how big it depends.

nothing forces you to play on the server. as long as the server's name contains 'RPG' i dont think just roaming around and avoiding any rp opportunity is normal. that's where freeroam and dm servers come in your aid.
however, the rule 'no forcing rp' refers to forcing the rp to go your way only, not force someone engage in your rp. i believe both should be in place.
if you're not in the mood for rp go into 3rd island and nobody will bother you

Or I could just stay where I am and if I want to join a RP, I'll join for sure and if I don't want to, I won't.
