With the newly /gps feature added, it may only track properties. How about if it can track Jobs, your vehicles, and public places. It will bring a menu like others have.
-
GPS tracking properties isn't exactly a new feature, but we're considering making it more useful.
So far GPS's main job is to be good for taxis driving people to their houses by being able to /gps <prop id>
Tracking public places or jobs isn't really worth it tho', jobs can be seen via their respective help commands and public places should be known to anyone, if you do not know, there's always player interaction possibility where you ask for directions.
-
Thinking about adding the possibility to locate your vehicles with GPS.
It's a device that needs to be purchased like a Phone or CB Radio and there are no features that justify it's price currently.

I would prefer we stick with the 80s feel and not add such technology that wasn't really used back then. This is my opinion.

Agreed.
You can find your car on your own or fund a search party to look it for you. Adding GPS to cars isn't exactly fitting to the theme of the game.
