Against ARPD Freecop meeses

- Time of accident : May 25 . 2017 -
- Time of the case : May 29, 2017 -

Dear Court. I Mr Jones Fill an complaint against the ARPD freecop Mr meeses for Violation of Civil Rights (Non-Prisoner). on the date of the accident as stated i requested an investigation after an accident happened in Main Gas Station. I got taken By an officer to the investigation room as i asked. Suddenly i saw Mr meeses entering the room. and we started the investigation, ARPD Officer Jorysmo was there. so Mr meeses started with asking about my full name. i answered. now the problem started after he asked me about my Job, i stated that i work for LCPD, but he kept saying that i work for another division which can be Noose or FBI, but it seems he was looking for something else. So immediately, and during the conversation he start screaming on the LCPD Officer Jorysmo, while Mr jory didn't do nothing. he was ordering him to steps out. as im a high ranked officer, i dont order officers directly like that, we need to ask politely. that day i saw unprofessional Freecop. when i saw how Officer Jory get treated and im as a suspect could do nothing. i went mad. i hitted the table with my both hand and asked for another investigator. and we know that the suspect have the right to ask for another officer to investigate him. Freecop Meeses did something strange which is non accepting. he kept saying that he will handle my investigation while i asked for another officer. after a while, officer Mr meeses just stepped out saying he got to go or something. and Officer Jory asked for a cs immediately. cause he already heard what i said, and saw everthing. anyway i want to say that its not the first time Mr meeses show that behavior of non respecting and ordering directly ARPD Officers/High ranks. also i want to say that his constant actions pushed me to open a case. i keps my self calm for monthes but i cant keep looking at him doing these staffs.

Hello, this is John Meeses. I will say this, jorysmo would not follow the instructions given by the investigation leader (me) and after asking him several times, nicely, I then yelled at him. However, your so called "proof" doesn't show me saying that you are in another division. Of course I asked if he worked for law enforcement. However,  you do not have the right to request another officer as shown in your "proof", furthermore it would be public if you did. I apologize for losing it, it happens to me sometimes, however, there is a lack of sufficient evidence, proving your allegation. I request the court close this case due to insufficient evience, and my demand from Mr. Gatsby is an apology and a payment of $1000 ARD. If Mr. Gatsby is willing to apologise, I will take $500 only.

Another thing I decided to mention is that I am "like that".  I CAN be pushy however I was not, as seen. The "proof" shows the reason requesting another officer is not allowed. Furthermore, Mr. Gatsby failed to point out the details of jorysmo investigating him. Was it handled properly? I can clearly see that Mr. Gatsby's allegations are invalid. Also, I am unable to see Mr. Gatsby being treated unfairly.

I am tired of people exaggerating things such as "I have tried to be calm for months". You don't remain calm for 2 weeks let alone a month. If this court case is closed, I am happy to try and improve, however I want respect and the right to investigate suspects.

So Mr you said that you asked gently, i can see an officer shouting on his partner to leave the room, well yea that's kind. Also you need to review your information cause i have the right to ask for another investigator, and about your question "Mr. Gatsby failed to point out the details of jorysmo investigating him. Was it handled properly?", so you think your partner isn't able to? i will say he can, also not only you who can investigate.
Being a "leader" (seems not) of an investigation doesn't allow you to treat others like that, ARPD Academy is a Professional academy. we need to thanks god cause you lose it, not apologize, it would be a mess if we continued. please work more on the demands, i think you understood the word in a wrong way, i mean demands aren't about money every time or an apologie. no problem you'll learn. also even if i'm wrong, why would i give you money, i was sitting cuffed on the chair, i didn't touch you. i don't mean nothing. but if we see in every case you open you ask for money.

you need to stop taking peoples money.u need to build your guppe sech 6 with working. and i wont apologize cause i'm not wrong.

Behaviour of both parties could be better and more professional. There are no rules or procedures on asking another officer for investigation or having the same person doing the sueing and investigating.

This case will be dismissed because there is no reason to have the defendant take the test again or to have a restraining order placed. I do however hope that the next time there is an investigation with the both of you that it will go smoother and more professional on both sides.
