Division is a black-ops branch within an organization which has gone rogue. It is responsible for black operations including surveilance, obstruction, and murder. Under the leadership of its Director, Terry Hawk, Division is now performing under-the table murder-for-hire. Division fills its ranks primarily by recruiting those of disturbed background. Division molds recruits into efficient spies and assassins, disallowing them freedom to leave the agency. Recruits may be killed if their progress is deemed unsatisfactory.

The agent has failed to provide any information at first, however, with Division's specialists, managed to get under his skin and revealed several of the Bureau's hidden cases. The agent was decapitated, his right hand's little finger was cut off as a trophy and his body was burned and buried at an unknown location in Bone County.
