Dear court, on the date of 12/06/2017
Your message to the court.After the medic part, i drived while cops were chasing another suspect also lets say waiting for a cop, and there stefanos came, i steped out of my vehicle(ambulance) and headed to his car, surrendred, and getting cuffed then asked for an investigation, after a long conversation he said im guilty for evading the crime scene, i told him that if i wanted to evade i would do it from the first also he said that wanted to evade cause i already wanted to switch to fireman, please can someone tell him how the fireman/medic system works ?
cause first im a suspect, so i cant switch, second : no one will wait me cause they were already in the prison riot mission, i was away, third : asking in the radio to wait doesnt mean that i wanted to evade, and finally when i asked to wait, i thaught he will invest me, found  innoncent and join my mission...
unfortuantly i cant say how i got suspected cause its not role playish (my game freezed), so i cant tell my story how i got  suspected, im gonna focus on how Freecop Stef focused on taking it personally, then after a long discussion i asked for another investigation, i said maybe Freecop stef got a little problem in investigating, but he said all the officers are busy right now while there was 2, LCPD Officer matt and ARPD Officer kawashty,and when Kawashty came to investigate me, stefanos just ignored him, which is really bad, as you said 3 years in LC doesnt mean you ignore other partners, also i heard you applied for LCPD, thats not a good behavior, anyway he just insisted that Officer matt will investigate me, at first i was afraid, cause i thaught they can be talked in private or something, but acutally he didnt, he were really nice with me, also paprika came and surprised me with saying : one investigation is enough while i were talking already with matt (the 2nd investigator), afetr matt matt was
contacing the witness, stef just went to the pd and /jail, he ignored me, ignore the high rank near me and just forced the role play /jail, so here we can see that he took everything personally which is non professional.
My demands:
Punishment to the officer for what he did of force
The 200$ that i lost after getting jailed back.

Freecops are not a part of the LCPD so the LCPD is not defending in this case. You will have to contact a mister named 'Stefanos' privately and sue him, not the LCPD. We were only reacting because you stated that you were writing from the TRU HQ. Please edit your letter to the court with those words 'Place of the incident: TRU HQ'.

Hello,
First of all , He is not saying the whole story as it is supposed to be .
1st of all , lets start with what happend , I was a cop on duty , he got suspected on the prison ,Bottom of the 3rd island , he started evading , reached the top of 2nd island . However , I was chasing him , he reached the top of the 2nd island and tried to hide under the Medical Blib so cops wont see him , however , i caught him there then he asked for investigation.
AS u can see All this happened and he did NOT give up though , after that , i asked him to /gu , he responded .
I made investigation and he was found guilty for evading the crime scene , evading police , not giving up immediately after got suspected and most important trying to hide from cops to escape .
He got another investigation in presence of paprika and Afmatt , but paprika said 1 investigation is enough logically.

Drived and waiting for a cop ?!?! what is that ? , man , u were Clearly evading us , If u want to wait a cop , u /gu the time got suspected and ask for investigation and NOT escaping the whole map and say waiting for a cop .

Im not the first suspect who drove away of the crime scene... jailing me for that reason is not enough also when i leaved i was sure that it will be admin dealt but unfortunately it isn't.
"hiding under the Medical Blib so cops wont see him" wasn't right, i was there to park the ambulance in the hospital back, so avoid charging me with invalid crimes, it became personal when you heard me saying in radio "wait for me", actually when i asked that i though the investigation will done soon so i can switch. so please avoid saying "hiding" because you already used your radar to locate my position.
"you clearly evading us", this sentence wasn't right cause if it was, i would look for a sport car and evade but i already stopped at the hospital waiting.
and Now your saying there are 4 cops available ? we clearly can see how you said that they aren't available also you disregard your partner, and it wasn't professional what u did.
When paprika said 1 investigation is enough, i was already in another investigation with LCPD Officer Matt, but like usual, you disregard The officer Matt and forced the jail.
Check the screen shots again. for the "lied".

I cant really remember Due to the long period of time, I mean it happened while ago.

After reviewing the evidence thoroughly, the court has determined that Officer Stefanos did in fact jail the plaintiff while Officer Matt was performing an investigation.

Officer Stefanos was unable to reply to the court regarding the length of the pursuit prior to the plaintiff surrendering. Based on the evidence and statements it is the courts opinion that the plaintiff was not "evading" but merely traveling about. When confronted by Officer Stefanos the plaintiff did surrender right away which would indicate that he did have a right to an investigation.

The court rules in favor of the plaintiff. The demand of $200 will be paid by the defendant (Officer Stefanos) to the plaintiff (Daisy Buchanon). The second demand for punishment shall be handed out by the LCPD. The plaintiff was a freecop at the time of this incident but is now a member of the LCPD, the court gives the LCPD the authority to hand out whatever punishment they see suited to this case.
