An evil organization hell bent on destroying peace in the U.S. of Argonath and spreading general chaos. What is the reason? Comedy and fun.
Accepts literally anyone who is crazy enough to follow their cause.
Founded by director of Minge Intelligence Agency (MIA) Alexander Minge on a secret island off the pacific coast and transported to the most criminally corrupted city in Argonath, Los Santos and assigned to their most effective evil henchman, Karivoje.
