Im little brother of Ricardo and we used to play a lot together, just because Ricardo's laptop broke down, we came up on a single PC. This makes Asta doubt that we're multi accounting but we're actually two separate people. I can show our picture or whatever you like me to post in my defence. Everyone knows on the server that we're two brothers and few admins too

While I was questioning you, you said that the reason Ricardo is no longer on the same IP as you is because your IP changes every power outage you have. As you kept crashing during the questioning, you said you had a power outage, but the IP stayed the same every time you had the outage today.
The second reason: I personally have witnessed both accounts logged in, but only one moving.
Please explain these things to me along with how Ricardo managed to log in after you got banned.

Our IP changes on each router start not every crashing on the server, does it make any sense you crash from server and IP changes lol. By power outage means, we have lack of electricity here so, we don't have electricity for hours so if electricity goes, router goes it self and then Ricardo might have joined after coming of electricity so that would be different IP.
You've yourself witnessed that two account workd at the same time this means we do play together as I told you. One moving? Does it even make a sense, why do a person open up two accounts on single server, come on asta he is my older brother.
Ricardo, simply restarted the router and IP got changed and he joined. I can verify this router restart IP chages thing. We have played several times before when our laptop was working fine you can check logs.
Why do a person will multi account when he already has one account, he could do everything he wants to do from his account he has, why do he need to make another account? Lets be a bit realistic this time, does it make a sense?

This means that you basically ban evaded. Don't do that in the future.
To make it simpler this time: When you said you ran out of power while me and Grizz were questioning you, your IP did not change. Even if it did, it should still have shown Ricardo on the IP, which it didn't. Why?
As for the one moving while other doesn't, I believe it's you that should be giving me the explanation on why this happened, and why you need 2 accounts, not the other way around. So explain.
Just saying that evidence over the last few weeks points toward you being guilty.
I'm not looking for proof if you multiaccount at this point, I am looking for an explanation on why you do it.

Everytime we played together we did move and joined many scenarios together, I don’t know how you came up claiming that one did not move while other move. Why would he need 2 accounts? That’s a silly question, trust me. It’s not his another account neither he is a UC admin, it’s me his little brother playing on this server with him since past 2 years, interacted many players, almost everyone knows we are brothers, interacted many admins too. It been asked while I was creating an account for me, that who is ricardo and I did say he is my brother and since then we started playing together, yet just because his laptop broke down and he came up on my PC, you started taking care that we’re multi-accounting? Come on, I mean. It’s just past few weeks we’re using a single PC, he have given his laptop for repair and he would get it in a few days and things would be back to normal like past 2016, we will start playing together like we always did.

Yes cool guy, you concludes a result on the basis of these past few weeks but not on the basis of past few years in which we played together. :apps:

Yes, it seems funny only for you but not for me since I’m banned not you. Why do you even feel that anyone else writing my replies, after all, these 2 years taught me how to speak in English. Now, please stop writing each and everything your mind thinks. We all know how good you’re at banning people.

Let me guess, now you will say ricardo is transformer and he would have many hands and he might have moved both the accounts at once. Right?
I’m not trying to convince you at all, I’m just trying to prove myself innocent for nothing. No admin took care of us in two years just because they’ve been told at the moment of creating this account that “I’m brother of Ricardo”.

So, You and your brother just happen to log in/out whenever one of you dies in a shootout, Then oddly enough the next "brother" to log in runs to the shootout and joins in.

It's me Ricardo posted all the replies in behalf of my little brother, how could you expect a reply from a kid, just look at him once I shared his profile with Andeey. I don't think it's anything wrong in it, and we never shared account with eachother, we just made little mistake which I pm'ed Andeey.

His effort would be appreciated in writing his own replies no matter how bad he is with English. You lied to me, multiple times. Even though it turned out you are more than 1 person, I don't think you understand what position you are in here. What you did was not a "simple little mistake".
I am also well aware that you are lying again and that AidenSforza is helping you in your replies. Last time I will tell you this: don't, eventually we find out everything and lying will make things worse.
Believe me, keeping you and your brother banned is not my intention, I only want you all to follow the rules and cut the lying. Will you be able to do this if you are unbanned?
And do think well before you answer cause I will not be giving warnings to any of you anymore.

He is too kid even to understand what u will say him in this unban request. All the truth is at your eyes now, you banned us for multi accounting yet it was because one dies and other join but I came back only for him so he just stop moaning all around in the home, You believe me or you don't but when Aiden got to know that Im banned again, he simply told me to "Fuck you, its already enough", I dont know, why do you feel he is writing when He is not even at home neither he is speaking with me.
I know I made a mistake to come back to save my brothers field knowing its a rule break but what do I do when he won't stop moaning. I don't know why but because of all others I visit this unban section, now its just because of my own little brother. He just got both of us banned for his moaning but He got this all seriously now just because he got banned and he won't do it again if you we get a chance. Even if you denied us we will not mind because its already enough i know and i have no luck, every fuckin time I visit this section.. :(

Excuses.. excuses and more excuses, It's your choice to say No, it's all about what you decide, if he cries to you to come ingame and continue on his war on another account do what you gotta do to make him understand that it is highly against the rules.
Doing what you have both done is highly against the rules. and you are both now banned for it.
I can understand your brother may be young and not understand the rules but as an older brother you have the role of teaching him and making him understand them, Not encouraging it by giving into his needs of "winning"
How can we even trust you both to be back in the server after all of this?

This was a needed punishment for him, after this he is himself very serious and would follow the rules and I did teach him that its a rule break but as a kid all he cared for his "weed" that time. I can assure you that my little brother and me won't cause any trouble in the future and I'll take care of him teaching him the rules and after this ban he will listen to me as previous time he did not and caused trouble for both of us and got us banned.
As this time we both got banned for his "needs". Next time he won't even do anything which is against the rules if he does, I assure you that I'll take up all possible steps to teach him the rule instead of encouraging him to fulfill his needs.

Ricardo has a ban from back in 2014 about multi accounting regarding his little brother too, I'm not going to take this ban now as a suprise due to the fact we suspected as much from you all along.
You were told this was your last chance in argonath. It's clear that you cannot stick to our rules or even bother to play by them at all, You will do whatever it takes to win(even blaming your little brother).
I cannot see us finding any reason to let you back in the server after having given you 8 chances already.

In this unban request, I did accept the truth later on. But ralph created an account after this happened, in 2015 or so I guess and I showed you enough evidence this time that its really my little brother.
You were told this was your last chance in argonath. It's clear that you cannot stick to our rules or even bother to play by them at all, You will do whatever it takes to win(even blaming your little brother).
This time my intension was only to RP and I was going too well this time but all happened itself, as far you're saying that I'm blamning my little brother but you're saying this because you havn't seen his moaning and crying in all over the house. Fuck winning already, i do not care if i lose because its just a video game, you can not say me I helped ralph to win, I was not even aware that what happened at the first place then he came to me crying and moaning to go and save his field, several several several times I told him its a rule break but nope he did not understand instesd went to mom crying lol. How can you say i did this to win.

This time I was going just a way too fine, i wanted to prove that I'm changed but this tregedy took place with me as always. I leave it on you Andeey, i do have a feeling that you will kick me out but I won't mind this time because this time it was my own brother.

Your constant inability to stick to one account is rather appalling, You need a long hard break from the server to realise how bad this really is.
Maybe after this break you won't attempt to mutli-account again, Don't blame your brother.. If you are giving in to your "little brothers" crying then who is really the little kid in the picture.
