The Secret Service was founded on the 23/06/2017 with an aim to help all other agencies with operations.

Feel free to roleplay whatever you want. Get court involved and ask for permissions.

Get acknowledged, then we will be happy to roleplay with you.

The Secret Service's leaders are known criminals which I took into account before creating this case. If the Commander (me) commits a crime, I should be warned ONCE. After that, I should be fired and the permissions revoked. Any other member of the Secret Service who breaches our constitution will have an action taken against them by our staff. We are requesting the following permissions:

The Chief of LCPD told us to get permission from the court so that we can LEGALLY assist with law enforcement. We will no longer be criminals and we will, for once and for all, do our best to save Liberty City, which we have failed to do in the past.

So, as a citizen of Liberty City, I request from you, Honorable Judge Conway, the permissions listed above.

Secret Service Commander
John Meeses

The Secret Service request that we have the right to arrest citizens on suspicion of any crime, to investigate it and find out what happened, like LCPD do

We request that the Judge give his answer When possible, in this case, rather than in private.
Thank you.

Kind Regards

Secret Service Commander
John Meeses

Honorable Judge,

The requester has notified that he wants the answer given to them in private. This would mean that all citizens and other law enforcement agencies would not know if they will have access or not so we will object against this matter and will request this to be public.

Signed,

Emily Sanderson
LCPD Chief of Police
N.O.O.S.E. Commander

if LCPD need to know, that's fine, we understand and are fine with it being public as it is in our constitution to cooperate with everyone.

I don't even know where to begin with you...

First of all I told you that Secret Service exists already as a division of the FBI on the ARPD forums yet you dismissed my statement and still posted here anyways.

You have ZERO hours experience as an LCPD Officer. You have ZERO hours experience as an FBI Agent. You have ZERO hours experience as a NOoSe operative. You have not completed the LCPD Basic Academy. You have not completed the FBI Academy. You have ZERO hours experience working in a team environment working under a chain of command. What on earth makes you think you are qualified to run and operate a brand new law enforcement division in Liberty City? The LCPD Cadet's have more training and experience than you but somehow you are special and are going to open up the "Secret Service" anyways.

Players have spent literally years putting effort into either LCPD, FBI, and/or NOoSE. Some have even spent years trying to get into the FBI and have still fallen short but don't worry John Meeses is here, he is going to show us, the ones who have spent years developing and fine tuning legitimate Agencies/Departments.

You create a new business so frequently it makes my head spin, nobody can keep up with it. You are a burden on the courts. The court officials cannot devote their entire lives to the needs of John Meeses. You are hereby banned from the IV:MP Court Hall for 30 days and any open cases filed by John Meeses are hereby closed.

You made your own special topic asking for advice and you didn't follow any of it, so here is some real advice. If you want to work as a law enforcer in an official capacity disassociate yourself with any criminal ties including dropping your known criminal [RT] tag. Close all of your useless businesses and focus your attention on ONE thing, if you want to be in the LCPD then that one thing should be police work. STOP suing the Chief of Police and whoever else you don't agree with. If you're denied somewhere then take it like a man, make improvements and try again. If you do these things and PROVE that you're motivated then I see no reason why your LCPD application would be ignored.

You don't get to just create your own Law Enforcement group with undercover rights without any training or experience whatsoever, players have applied for positions with those rights and spent many hours studying and training for it. When you try to bypass that work and create your own group you are shitting all over them. It isn't nice.
