Title: LCPD, TRU, NOOSE bikes, /speedlimiter

I have two ideas for IV:MP client.

First is,

Faggio motorcycle for LCPD freecops,
Freeway for LCPD cadets,
PCJ600 for TRU and FBI,
NRG900 for NOOSE

Second is,
/speedlimiter [amount]
It works like, if you /speedlimiter 80 in the City,
It goes under 80 at the city so you dont need to brake, accelerate, brake to stable it.
And /autospeedlimiter to limit the speed automatically depending on the location.

Speed limit set to 80.
Speed limiter is off. If you /speedlimiter 80 again

Auto speed limiter is on.
Auto speed limiter: 80 | City
Auto speed limiter: 120 | Highway
Auto speed limiter is off.

Why the 9 hells is this needed and how will this help the server and help the rp?
