Formed in 1995 by a single immigrant from Mexico named Felix "Coyote" Cortes, he was really poor back in Mexico and thats why he moved in Los Santos and start over.He started dealing drugs around East LS and that gave him really good popularity in East LS.He was doing that for 2 or 3 years and then he finally toguht of an idea to make a gang named Los Santos Vagos.His friend's immediately joined the group.The whole group started doing drugs, selling them and finally the took over East Los Santos.From the begining Felix had problems with Grove Street Families.They were true enemies.But now Felix talked with the Grove Street Families Shot Caller and everything is cool, from tiem to time Felix goes to Grove Street with his gang to hand out with the Families.They have their own ring and sometimes they fight in it for respect from the high ranks.
