Title: Hospital time

When you die, you should have a time to stay in the hospital, depending on reason of death. If I drowned I should stay in the hospital for 30 minutes. If I get chainsaw'd I'd get 2 hours. Or so.

I am against because i think players especially newbies would get bored ad just quit the server

It's for balance purpose. Simple. Also preventing coming back from death.
